On August 26, 2010, I turned 25 years old. I felt old and behind. I was a recent college graduate, single, living with my parents, nearly unemployed, and driving the same minivan my mom drove me to elementary school in fifteen years ago. I'm ashamed to say I've spent some time wallowing in self pity over my failed life plans.
But that was me at 24.
25 is about self discovery and improvement. It's about moving forward.
This is me becoming who I want to be.
